Okay let me start by saying the I have been part of the beta program for almost 3 months now and the first beta fixed core audio it was awesome and solid as a rock I had no issues at all. Now last week the devs released TRAKTOR 2.10.3 RC 1 and so I tride it and bam we are back to the same core audio issues that were happening with EL Capitan and 2.10.29. So I decided to post my input within the private beta forums and I did not get one reply except another user saying the same thing about the RC so I check these forums today and low and behold the RC 1 was released to the public what a mess.
So this tells me that the core audio issues are not Apples fault because it was fixed in the first beta come on NI please get it together.
We’re happy to report that after working closely with Apple and intensive testing, macOS Sierra delivers very stable audio performance on all our current-generation hardware devices.(※)
We now want to extend our testing efforts for collecting as much relevant information as possible about Sierra until the date of the official release. For this purpose we are kicking off this public beta test cycle focussing solely on the compatibility of the current TRAKTOR software and hardware with macOS Sierra.
WARNING: Please be aware, that we will stop support on macOS Sierra for our first-generation audio interfaces:
TRAKTOR KONTROL S4
TRAKTOR AUDIO 8, 4 and 2 DJ
If you depend on using these devices, you should consider not participating in this beta test until there is more information available or you should at least make sure, that you can roll back easily after the test.
